My 20 yr old son Julienne just called from a head trauma hospital in Santa Ana
where he was taken after being hit by a car near Fashion Island in Newport Beach.
It was a hit and run.
Last Christmas I was awakened by him at the door
after he woke up on the street from a concussion when his head and eye were smashed with a brick
while being robbed the night before

Julienne is here now and I just got home from getting his Rx for Vicodin
This is another miracle story of obvious angelic protection of this boy
He was hit full force on his left side by a big red explorer running a red light
going so fast no one near the theatre where he and his friend were going could catch the license #
He has many stitches in the back of his head where he landed and was unconscience after several twists & tumbles
and his face, ankle and back are all bloody with BIG LONG HUGE cuts and road burn
THANK GOD no broken bones or worse tho
I have the most vivid imagination that I am praying to shut off from envisioning
what "could have happened" as I always have a tendency to do
A friend of ours was killed when he was hit while riding his bike
so those haunting memories are also arising again as tho it just happened
And so with the only emotional energy I can muster up I am thanking God for not allowing any of those scenerios and for protecting me from receiving this kind of news last night when it actually happened...on CHRISTMAS!
The friend he was with, spent the night with him there until he was ready to come home when he called us
I forgot to also mention in the original prayer request info that last month he was poisoned at a job where he was receiving DJ training
Again...THANK GOD he only took a tiny sip and noticed the taste so didn't finish drinking
but was still sick for 3 days..
imagine if he would have taken a bigger gulp and/or swallowed it all down at once since he was thirsty
FYI
He was 3 weeks overdue and born dead at home before the midwife arrived and was a greyish purple color with the cord wrapped around his neck 3 times until all I remember is praying and then..15 minutes later he ended up breathing some how with no brain damage
God sure must be saving him for something special

Can't wait to see whatever that is !
In the meantime... supportive praying friends sure do help !!!
