I have at least been able to check out a couple of apts near where we are now within my $1450 budget
and with some of the features on ...
My NEW Castle DREAM List
2 bathrooms with a tub
fireplace
marble or stone floors
ocean view
storage
closet space
patio
teen friendly
parking
xtra space for guests
* one is nice with a pool and has two bathtubs
* another one...
during a fast walk through while the previous tenant was moving out...
we could see an ocean view from a bedroom aka my main workspace lol
fireplace, stone floors storage and parking
and next door to a community center ( my prayer for visitor and youth friendly )
so that one is probably the best so far
Especially since the owner "just happens" to live on Balboa Island
and is familiar with our little Menagerie Castle right across the bay from her
so REALLY wants us to have it and even offered to take only half deposit and the rest later !!!
She even offered to save this only unit with the view
until I could come up with the half
and even tho we love the other one with a pool...
this one is also across the street from a mobile park with a pool
and a friend lives there
